We'll provide a return label for any unused & unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange.
Return Postage is covered for unused and unwashed items we will provide free return postage.
Simply print out the label and drop it off at your post office. If it's a hassle to print the label, AusPost can print it for you, just show the label on your phone at the post office.

We will provide you with a shipping label to return the products. It will be reviewed by our quality team so we can continue to improve. We will provide you with the option to receive a new product, get a store credit or refund.
